The doctor/patient relationship is very special and sacred. My patients share very special moments and confi de intimate details of their private lives. The care I take with each patient is critical. A large majority of my patients come from patient referrals. There is no better complement than knowing a satisfied patient has enough confi dence and trust to recommend me. In choosing the right physician, even after the initial visit, you must feel a connection, a sense of compassion and trust. Whether you feel more comfortable with a male or female practitioner, a rapport must be established early in the relationship. I believe the most important aspect of the doctor/patient meeting is the ability of the physician to sincerely listen and focus on the patient’s particular concerns and needs. We all have busy lifestyles, but your time with your doctor is just that, “your time” and he or she must show complete interest and concentration on you and only you at the time of your visit”.

“Pregnancy is generally the most exciting time for you and your spouse/partner. You should thoroughly enjoy it from the time you get a positive home pregnancy test until the day of your delivery. Generally most doctors like to see you for your fi rst visit between 6 1/2 to 9 weeks from the time of your last menstrual period. Before 6 weeks very little can be determined as to the status of the pregnancy and it may cause unnecessary anxiety. By 6 to 7 weeks we can usually determine if the pregnancy is in the uterus and if there is a viable fetus present. That is when the fun begins! Your doctor and his/her staff will take you on a journey of testing and routine procedures, all of which optimize the well being of your baby.

Birthing classes are also offered through our offi ce and are quite helpful to alleviate any anxiety associated with labor and delivery. Your experience with proper preparation will hopefully live up to and exceed expectations”.
